Thanks Everyone--Best Year Ever

I'm just thrilled to report, thanks to many of you, that I'm enjoying my best year in real estate. Surprised? I've certainly been blessed to be in the right office with a great broker and great support of the staff and other agents. While prices have dropped over the last several years, I believe that we are at or very near the bottom. A "perfect storm" for buyers remains as mortgage rates are low, prices are lower, and inventory (choice) is high. The period of "let's wait and see" is over. As I write this, the debate is going on whether to extend the first time homebuyer credit and possibly expand it to existing home buyers. Get off the fence and make that great buy sooner than later. Thanks to my sellers, buyers and those that I'm still searching for.
